There’s a representative named Pauline there and she is a rude, disrespectful, low life!!!! Angry and bitter!!! God I would hate to be so miserable that I act like her. If she answers your call she will hang up on you. She’s pathetic and it’s a shame that Dr. Jacquelin has such a disgusting person working for her. She needs to be FIRED!!!!!!!

Office manager told me she'd "let me die" before allowing me to see a doctor without my insurance card & picture id. My new insurance company hadn't sent card yet so I brought my insurance bill with my name & member # on it. They made this doctor my primary care provider. The sweet receptionist told me I should go to emergency room after her supervisor basically told me to drop dead. STAY AWAY!

The receptionist got angry because i called and ask about the hours of operation and and what i can and cannot do there as a new patient. Firstly she answered the phone saying "flatlands " so i replied im trying to reach the doctor's office in not sure if im calling the right place. she immediately got an attitude and said this is the doctor's office. to which i replied i u said flatlands maam. from there the whole conversation went left and me asking basic questions like when are u open, do u have seperate days for blood work etc was enough to make her yell at me and hand up. I live one block so i walked there and while i was there i called the office and watch her forwarded my call to voicemail and then i told her i was the one calling. i ask to speak to a supervisor she said she dont have one. I ask to speak to the doctor she said there is none to have a seat. at that point we got in a verbal exchange.. admittedly i was the one using profanity and i called my insurance company and reported the incident. I only gave this experience 1 star because it was neccessary for this review. The lady couldn't even stop eating to talk to me. She only looked at me when i started using profanity
