Dr. Izolda Mikhaylov

Dr. Izolda Mikhaylov is an amazing doctor who really cares for each and every one of her patients. Despite having a busy office she takes time to make everything clear to her patients and she never rushes appointments. I have only had pleasant experiences with her and I recommend lots of my family and friends to her.

I’ve known Dr. Izolda Mikhaylov for a few years now and I am happy with my choice of picking this doctor as my PCP. She is readily available to listen to all my concerns, regardless if it’s an office visit or at the time returning a phone call. As a patient I ve noticed this doctor acting with compassion towards myself and other patients. She is very sensitive to her patients’ different cultural aspects. Dr Mikhaylov exhibits professionalism and extensive knowledge. The office staff is very helpful, and friendly, working efficiently getting the patients ready for a visit; and filling out the paperwork/forms on the timely matter. I have referred a few of my friends and family members to this MD for a healthcare maintenance , and everyone seems to be pleased, as they find this doctor very thorough, and caring, with a warm personality.

I don't like to say anything bad about anyone but when she scheduled a test, she said "make sure you show up for your appt because you will have wasted my time." I just don't feel that was appropriate.

She is a business doctor. She makes a business on patients. I went there simply to flash my ear, she couldn't clean my ear saying that I have an inflammation or otitis which I never had. I cleaned my ear myself with ordered device from amazon which I recommend to buy for their office. And all ear wax came out instantly. Although she said there was nothing in there.. Stay away from this doctor, she wants to see you as often as possible for no reason...She is not a doctor, she's business doctor to make a business on patients. Definitely change my physician.
