Dr. Grunberger is awesome. Got me in same day with an appointment for an issue I was having. Very patient, understanding and intelligent. Had a follow up two weeks later and I am all good. You can tell he cares about his patients. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for the best care.

My experience with Brooklyn Urology is the worst experience I have ever had with a Medical practice in my life. I have been flipped around with cancellations, different Doctors as well as general incompetence as far and their scheduling and reception are concerned. I really don't want to go into too much detail here but if you want my recommendation, I suggest you find another practice. I feel grateful that I never actually had the procedure done because The first Doctor I had, Doctor Colon, was scheduled to perform my prostate procedure, and the day before, the clinic called me to cancel because the Doctor was no longer affiliated with them. The entire Urology team at Brooklyn Urology up and left town the night before my surgery. Then they found another Dr for me, who after going to see him, informed me that he didn't do the procedure. They then found me another Dr who I had an appointment with on Mar. 6. They called me to cancel again. if they're this incompetent about the small details, I can well imagine how incompetent they are when it comes to the big stuff. I simply told them thanks, but no thanks...I'll find another Dr.. Do yourself a big, big favor.....find another place to get your procedure done. This place is terrible.
