This was my first time visit, today sept 12 23. I had never been to a dermatologist a day in my life. I live a couple blocks away from the office so I figured I would try this doctor out over some concerns I had.I was in and out in about 45 mins or so.. I’m not sure if it was under the circumstances of my issue or not but the over all apt was quick and sufficient. I’m very pleased with my visit. Thank you.

This was my first dermatologist appt with Dr. Ilarda & I was pleasantly surprised. She was patient, thorough, warm, personable and caring. She actively listened to my concerns (the big & the little) & she advised me without any judgment, making me feel calm, welcomed and comfortable- in my own skin- despite any flaws or insecurities. She also took care of my mole removals (performing 2 painless biopsies) during my initial consultation. My encouraging advice for new, interested patients— try not to focus on any negative reviews. Dr. Ilarda “knows her stuff” & is definitely worth the wait. Highly recommend… :)

Dr. Illarda is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I’ve been seeing her since I was a child and I’ve never had any problems with her service and expertise. Her wait times can be long, but only if you choose a very busy time of day. Try to choose one of the first appointments and you’ll be done within an hour/hour and a half. To me, she doesn’t deserve the 1 star reviews. I’ve always had a good experience and although the wait times can be a nuisance, you do have to wait at every doctor’s office. Overall, she knows what she’s doing and is very kind and personable while doing so.

Dr Ilarda is an excellent dermatologist. She explains everything in details about your condition and she actually follows up with her patients unlike other doctors. She is very friendly and her staff is always welcoming. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for an outstanding dermatologist.

This place has a terrible process, medical staff is not very competent in advising for prep, and the LONGEST WAIT TIME to see the doctor. My partner had to wait 1.5 hours to see the doctor, and the worse thing the whole facility has no mobile service or wifi. The treatment and waiting for a visit should never ever take 1 hour and 30 minutes. Barely felt like this is a proper visit and not worth the insurance that is covered. Avoid this place please.
