Inna Tovbina is the best doctor I have visited in the last several years. She is truly excellent, spending as much time with you as needed, and is very understandable of my special requests. I am very happy with her and highly recommend Doctor Inna Tovbina. Thank you for your great work!

terrible experience. Doctor refused to sign M11Q form for a disabled 84 years old patient. She saw the patient in her Kingshwy, Brooklyn, office, only to tell him that his info is in Brighton beach, Brooklyn, office, and she will sign there. When the patient came to Brighton office, she said that he needs to come to office on kingshwy again for her to sigh this simple form, claiming that the info is in kingshwy office! All that trouble for a person 84 years old, survived the Leningrad winter in 1941! He might not survive Dr. Tovbina! The doctor tried to take the bllood from patient's hand 7! times, and did not succed! We would never recommened this doctor to anybody! Terrible office experience! Disregard the star, the system does not work without at least 1 star. This doctor does not deserve even a 1 star.
