Doctor is great but I have no doubt that anyone who attempted to make an appointment with her "receptionist" ran into trouble. The lady at the front desk has a disgusting attitude and is unfit to work in an establishment such as this. I wouldn't waste my time writing this generally but I think anyone who attempts to visit the office should try to contact the doctor directly instead of putting up with the grown child at the front desk who is overdue for termination.

Let me start off by saying Dr Inna Kigel is an amazing doctor BUT the front desk start is absolutely terrible. They are rude, dismissive, and arrogant. Every single time I’ve called or even went in person I’ve been spoken to and treated disrespectfully for asking simple questions. You’ll be trying to ask a question or say something and get talked over AND dismissed in a rude way. Dr Kigel deserves better receptionist. She’s an amazing doctor but I will be finding another PCP with better front desk staff.

Let me start off by saying Dr Inna Kigel is an AMAZING doctor and human being. Truly cares for the health of her patients and well being. BUT one of the front desk receptionists (the dark hair in her 30s & the medical assistant!) has an absolutely disgusting attitude and is VERY VERY VERY incompetent and goes as far as yells at you and hangs up phones. I had appointments canceled in other referred offices because they simply could not do the job of sending over important clinical info. Takes them 2 weeks to do a simple fax, just awful, she’s set on ruining that office. The other older receptionist is sweet and understanding though.

1) Very rude receptionist who doesn't even look at you when you address her 2) Over an hour of wait time in a small, overcrowded and not air conditioned room 3) The place is a total mess; the doctor came out raising her voice at one of the receptionists because she was doing something wrong. Overall a very poor impression and unprofessional office.
