Dr. Gordin is an excellent doctor. Knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and the doctor you can trust. Even though I have moved to Florida I continue coming back to her for a piece of advice by using telemedicine. Thank you, Doctor very much

I had at least 3 procedures with Dr. Gordin in last 8-10 years. Very professional, Told me about results right after procedure or called me if it was sent to laboratory. Easy to schedule an appointment and to find a good time for procedure. I never had a problem with secretary as mentioned other people

Dr. Gordin is a very nice and compassionate doctor. She has taken good care of my mother for years. Leaving this review solely for the receptionist named Julie. She is very rude and nasty on the phone. I called in regard to switching an appointment time and she cut me off stating she has many things she needs to get done, she is on her way out of the door (when there was 20 minutes left before closing time) and to give her my insurance info if I wanted to continue the conversation. If not, I was advised to call Friday out of convenience. Please hire someone else because she is bad for business and no patient/potential patient should be spoken to that way.

The front desk are nesty. I got a call for copay, which is fine, but the lady is old and bitter. Speaking with her was just nasty at the very least. She was rude demending and speaks down to patients. She must not understand its the customers that make the business work, and she needs to step down. Once in the office, I assume it's the same lady, she still speaks down to you and assumes to much of her self. The doctor isn't bad but makes false claims. Tells you to make another appointment so she can prescribe another medication, but than just says your fine and don't need it so she won't prescribe it (happened to both me and my wife)
