Dr. Bilik is a doctor who I fully trust the health of my elderly parents and other family members. He is a doctor by calling. Professional, good hearted and caring, he shows interest in his patients. In critical complex situations he provides straight forward advice based on his knowledge of the patient’s health history and the most recent advances in medicine.
He is humble with a high level of expertise. When you come to the office prepared with precise questions they will be answered fully and clearly.
Dr. Bilik is an excellent doctor who I highly recommend!

Dr. Bilik literally saved my mother's life. My mom scheduled a first time appt with Dr bilik a few weeks ago because she was feeling very ill.
2 months prior she was in the ER and they diagnosed her with pneumonia.
Anyhow, she went to Dr bilik and he said "we are getting you to the ER right now because you are in afib."
Long story short, they rushed her to mount sinai and stabilized her heart and he literally saved her life after she was misdiagnosed by other doctors.
I had my first appt with Dr Bilik today for myself. First off, every single staff member that I spoke with was extremely nice. Olga, who gave me my blood test was so kind and chatted with me as I was getting the test done because she knew I didn't like blood tests!
When I saw Dr Bilik, he has such a nice bedside manner and is generally such a friendly and knowledgeable person. He was very thorough in his exam as I wanted because it's been 10 years since I've been to the Doctor.
Anyhow, I'm a very big fan of his and his entire office and my mother loves him too! I highly recommend him!

Disclaimer: Dr. Bilik is amazing I have been going to him for years and he always knows what’s wrong. My review has nothing to do with him as a doctor. However, the medical office he works in is atrocious. The receptionists and nurses do not keep their masks on, meanwhile there are signs plastered all over the walls ordering the use of a mask. One of the nurses, a large frizzy-haired white woman with bulging eyes, was about to take my blood and walks into the room WITHOUT A MASK. She was also very rude and told me she is distancing but that is a ridiculous thing to say to a patient in a doctor’s office during a pandemic. This makes no sense for are a medical facility, they should know better.

Incredibly horrible front desk, ashamed that there’s people that are rude to patients. I know what it is to be understaffed and overworked as a medical front desk. I’ve never treated a patient the way my husband was treated. I had to put myself at her level just so she can treat me with respect. I know the protocol for a front desk and how they should help their patients, especially new ones. The doctor should see about his front desk and their manners, everything she spoke to us on the phone was so wrong. While speaking to NYU Langone in sunset park did so much better then this office. And a tip of information, the patient just needs to give you their provider phone number so you can call by the end of the day and so the appointment goes smoother on both parts. That’s what the other NYU office offered and their under staffed and it’s what my medical office offers and were understaffed and overworked but we do our job to help our patients feel comfortable and we listen to their needs and troubles. That’s what this job is about, a patients care and needs first especially if they are respectful and nice to you. Even with rude patients you still have to be nice and represent the Doctor and office you work for.
