Huge disappointment! Front desk was nice, polite and professional. But the waiting time is ridiculous! The doctor didn't really explain what is wrong with my hand, " unfortunately, it happens..." really? three hours of waiting and 10 minutes of attending. The doctor said that he is going to give me a shot and it took more than 30 minutes for him to come back! and than he suggested to do physical therapy and come back to see him in 5-6 weeks...seriously? I am never going back there, I value my time!

Terrible. The doctor didn't say about my real diagnosis. "You're okay, you may go", - he said.. And as a result different dr ( more qualified) tell me that I need SURGERY . + I asked about my referral for mri around 20 times, I have been call them every day to remember that I need my referral. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Not professional, always cancelling his own appointments. And the front desk is rude.
