Excellent therapist, reason why I give 4stars because the front desk is absolutely rudest, and unprofessional . What a shame

The front desk lady attitude definitely bad. She is very rude hung up the phone with out saying thank you good bye or something. She’s face is always black! Very very terrible front desk lady!

The woman working the front desk at this office should be fired. Her attitude and behavior are unbelievable. She is disrespectful toward patients, borderline a bully. My grandma had an appointment here and when she went to the front desk to sign in, she wrote her name a little slanted because she is old — she has poor motor control in her hands. The front desk lady yelled at my grandma for writing her name slanted, telling her that she had to had to PAY A PENALTY because her name wasn’t straight on the line. Are you serious? A penalty??? For what??? For being old with poor motor control??? Would you like to be bullied for being elderly when you go see the doctor? All patients should be treated with respect by all staff members. We don’t care how good the doctor is, we will find another doctor because this behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the office.
