Helpful doctors but terribly run office. You could be in the waiting room for 2 hours before you even get called.

Dr. is amazing but his staff and office managers are 100% unprofessional. You can count on his office manager to never have your appointment set on time in consistently. If you have medical pick up or you have medical equipment going to your house you will never get it on time. I’ve been going through this for the last three years and continuing service now has become discontinued service, do not go here if you want to be frustrated or angrily upset your the patient you should never feel uncomfortable

Probably one of the worst provider offices I have ever been to. And I've worked in Healthcare for years. I have NEVER met Dr. Howard Baum. I've only ever been seen by his NP Tatyana. My last visit (APR 2022), there were 4 other patients upset, in exam rooms, waiting to be seen by the ONE NP. We were all booked at the same time--7:30AM. Upon my arrival, I was told that I didn't have an appointment. I had an appointment card with the date, time, and location... The woman at the front desk, rude. She literally was speaking with another patient, while she was "taking care of me." This other patient had just walked in, and was handing her paperwork over me as if I wasn't standing there.. After seeing how irate other patients were getting, literally standing outside of the door to their rooms because they still hadn't been seen, I opted to head on out of there. One woman said she'd been there an hour already, with a cane. I had to leave for work. They insisted that I needed to be seen, so my visit was done at the front desk!! (HIPAA VIOLATION) The NP asked me two questions about my rehabilitation, didn't even look at my injuries since the previous visit, which was over a month before that, their doing as well, and ended the visit.. I left my SAM machine with the maintenance guy who was sitting in the second chair behind the FD woman. UNBELIEVABLE. I haven't been back since. I won't be back. And to add insult to injury, I keep getting these harassing texts about returning my machines that have already been returned. Whenever you call into the office, you can't get anyone on the line. PLEASE IF YOU CAN, FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER. There wasn't an option for 0 stars.

As of right now I have to give a one star and this is not for the doctor. It is for the communication for both offices. I have reach out several times this week and left message and no response. I called the flushing office and was push to call the bay ridge. I get the recording to press one and the voicemail is full now. I am a new case and was due for a MRI and they need information and will have to cancel my appointment because I am unable To provide them with the information. As for the doctor he was very nice but my experience trying to reach them has been horrible.

This is a review for the Marine Park/Ave R location. The appointment time you get does not matter at all. My appointment was at 10am today. I've been waiting for 3 hours and still counting. I asked the receptionist when it will be my turn and if they can take me in soon because i have another appointment to go to. This isn't my first time waiting this long. They said it is their policy to take in patients who are in critical conditions first. I understand that they need urgent care but what about other patients? What's the point of having us come in for our appointment if we are to wait 3+hours? They also told me I can reschedule and give me a card hat says "No Wait." Thanks, but no thanks. I can't afford to take another day off just to see them for 10min. They ALSO said there's one provider working at the moment. Thanks for letting me know. Maybe don't overbook and have people wait half their day to see the doctor. Save your time. Go somewhere else.
