Dr. Holly Lofton I would say is the most professional and understanding physician that I have had the pleasure of meeting. After seeking help for weight loss from some many providers I have finally found someone who understands what I want to achieve as far as my weight loss goals. She took the time to discuss my medical history, medications I am taking and ultimately listening to my realistic weight loss goals. I was given a plan on how to lose weight and goals I should set for myself each month. I was also encouraged to change my eating habits and my exercise habits. I would recommend Dr. Lofton because she listens to you and she wants you to succeed on your weight loss journey.

I was in a consultation with her, and it seems that after I declined medication, she walked out of the room soon thereafter. It felt like she was cutting me off mid-sentence, while I was still seeking her advice. Apparently the doctor has things on her mind outside of her patient's success. Lots of room for improvement.
