Extremely despicable office. Complete disregard for patients time and I find it disrespectful that patients are supposed to show up on time to their appointments but doctor is always 2-3 hours late or behind. Front desk double, triple books all the time and by my 4th appointment I realized it wasn’t a fluke. They deliberately waste patients time for a 15 minute visit. Dr. Khanna will rush you out of his office while you waited 3 hours to see him. I don’t understand, if he’s rushing everyone out then why is he always late? The front desk again is disrespectful to patients. This office should NOT be in practice. Very unethical to run repeated tests just to bill insurance. Very unethical to treat your patients as a cash cow and not someone in pain. Doctor and staff, please re-evaluate your philosophy on why you’re in healthcare. You’re not improving anyone’s lives.?

Feb 28, 2019 Timeless Wisdom
My husband needed a routine examination. This doctor said he could do the particular test as well as a urine test right there. We agreed to this and awaited the results. Next when my husband goes to his office for the results, the doc says both the tests are negative, but since the urine test my husband had done 3 years ago was abnormal, we needed to get another urine test done!!! Go figure how these doctors work. Since my husband was not feeling well, we thought to trust the doctor. Note that every time you just visit this doctor, you are hit with a $150 fee so that was one incentive for him to keep getting us back in. The urine test was extra every time. So the second urine test results done by this doctor come in and they want my husband to go in again to see him to discuss the results. Since my husband was traveling, we asked that they mail us the results. The second results were even better than the first one, but in true character, his office informs us that we need to go meet the doctor to get more testing done. When my husband tells him we cannot do any additional testing as insurance will not pay, he asks him when will your insurance start paying? My husband says "after 3 months". The doc says ok, then come back in 3 months and we will repeat the test!!! Why would a patient go over and over for the same test when the results are better every time? It is sad that doctors think their patients are such fools that they can be taken on any ride. In my experience, NY doctors have very sketchy methods. Oh, and did I mention the office girls are the rudest you will ever meet, & the facility is ugly and shabby?

He doesn’t care about the patients health only care about money. He doesn’t give time to listen to patients medical history. Without even thinking just a dose of antibiotics and his office collects urine for analysis and lab bill came tremendously huge??. Even after my ultrasound was Ok with no abnormalities and STI test was passed with no infection he asked me to continue the antibiotics for another 2 weeks which is stupidest thing I ever imagined from a doctor having 15+ years of experience. I stopped taking them and found out the problem was neurologic afterwords having an MRI. I recommend no one sees this doctor as he is not gonna listen to patiend and only try to lure you and care for only money. He even sent my ultrasound report after 3 weeks of time. So think 100 times before visiting his office.

Seriously Bad! I went to this doctor twice. Got bills for $500+ for 1st visit and $700+ for second visit. Both visits I was supposed to get a prescription. He said "someone will call" for one prescription and no one ever called. The other prescription was filled out incorrectly and after two weeks of calling his office, it was not corrected. This is unbelievable!

Horrible experience, staff are extremely unprofessional, they hate working there. After 3 weeks and calling over 5 times, still haven't gotten my results back. Don't waste your time.
