I have been Dr Hsieh's patient for almost 20 years. Congratulations with her new practice! Always very professional and pleasant to her patients. I had 2 successful pregnancies and Dr Hsieh was All the way through 100% until birth. Soon I will be referring my daughter to her.

Dr. Helen Hsieh has followed up with me almost everyday and provide advice on how to take care of the face after the procedures that left the face swollen. I got a lot of comfort from Dr. Hsieh through the recovery process. It took longer than usual for me to recover. After a month, I went back to her office because I can't tolerant the recovery process any longer. Dr. Hsieh was so kind to provide me "comfort care". Now my recovery is almost complete and I am very happy!!! Thank you very much, Dr. Hsieh!

I reached out to this office to follow up with my irregular period because it's closer to my place. However they told me they only prefer patients coming in for GYN annual checkup otherwise they won't receive any money from my insurance.... Or I have to bring my annual checkup report to the office on the day of the visit. So i brought all my reports with me on the day of the appointment. I handed my reports to one of the medical staff in the office, however they told me they don't need it now... Which is kinda annoying because it's a lot of paper that I printed out the night before. When I finally get to see Dr Helen Hsieh. She appeared to be very ignoring and not patient at all. I tried to communicate my concerns and problems with her in Chinese because that's what I am comfortable to talk with but she will always talk back to me in English. Which is not helpful at all. She performed two standard tests for me. Which is covered by my insurance according to my insurance company. However I ended up have to pay for those tests myself because the diagnosis code she used is not acceptable to my insurance. So I would say Dr Helen Hsieh is a doctor who only puts her income as a priority. Only cares about money. I would not go back to her again.

Very old office. She seen to care more about making money off her cosmetic procedure than regular obgyn business. Always a long wait, not sure what the appointments are for. Avoid
