This person should get fired and the centers where he works should get investigated. It appears they strategically place urgent care locations in low income neighborhoods to collected Medicare payments. I would even question if this person is licensed. I will be filing a complaint with the city of NY.

The customer service in this place sucks, the doctor just wants to get you registered so he can get paid and get you on your way with no true concern for the patient
