Great staff, great doctor and very professional. He's very thorough and definitely passionate in what he does. I reccomend everyone to go here if you really want someone who cares. I had some bad experiences with his old office just trying to get an appt but he reached out to apologize and told me that he now has a new private office with new staff. I'm glad I took what he said into consideration because it's 100% true and my experience here was amazing. Great job guys and thank you for everything.

Was here about a week ago, because of my hearing condition I’m always very anxious when seeing an ENT. However Dr Pantelides is so professional and you feel that you’re in good hands. He is the only doctor that I will let check my ears. He answers all the questions or concerns that you have. I highly recommend this doctor and office, it’s a very professional atmosphere here.

I don't know if I've had a run of bad luck but my experience has been awful. Started out really solid but just quickly went downhill. I received an in house procedure and was supposed to be prescribed something before the surgery and wasn't (the procedure is known to be stressful, and absolutely was). Then, after the surgery, was supposed to be prescribed steroids immediately after and wasn't. When I had a follow up the week after the doctor said he sent it in and asked why I hadn't taken them. When my pharmacy said they didn't receive it and he double checked, I was told that sometimes things slip through the cracks. That first week was miserable as I only got worse, but once I took the meds I was in way better shape 2 days later.
For a follow up on the procedure, I was told I needed another scan a month later. So, when scheduling the appointment I asked if I could get the scan in Astoria since I live closer to that office. They said sure. I showed up a month later to the Astoria office and the doctor told me they didn't do scans there, even though the staff scheduled me specifically for a scan. So I waited another month (as advised) to get a scan in Brooklyn and lo and behold I need another surgery. The aftercare was a mix of indifference and miscommunication so I am seeking alternatives and a 2nd opinion. But, the office doesn't have a patient portal to get past scans. You have to bring in a usb and have them upload it, which I'm told can take half an hour. I scheduled to drop off a USB in Astoria Wednesday (to then go to williamsburg to pick it up Thursday. Solid system.) and when I showed up they were gone. When I called today I was told they informed me they'd be leaving early (not the case, otherwise why the hell would I go there...at just before noon). No apology, total indifference. My experience has been: They promise something, don't deliver, and then blame or ask to split the responsibility.
