Short wait times, quick appointment. Dr. Hua took care of my annuals in an efficient manner. He and his staff listen to my health issues and are willing to work with me.

Dr.Hua...first of all a personal thank you from my family to you(including our new little baby). For all of you reading this review. Dr. Hua goes above and beyond. He will not just treat you like a customer. He will give real advice and is extremely thorough. The bad reviews are all nonsense. Very professional, compassionate, and goes above and beyond to advocate for his patients. We love you Dr. Hua!

Dr. Hua took his time although he had a lot of patients. Good experience so far. Update: They overbook. They called me to get me in for the antibodies test for COVID-19. I was due for a annual checkup anyways. I asked that they need to be done within 45 mins otherwise I cannot come since I have another appointment. They said yes don't worry. I showed up on time 9 on the dot. I waited until 9:45 (and reminded them 2 times of timing), and all I got was blood pressure measured and still waiting.

The receptionist that picks up the phone on Fridays is extremely rude!!!! She hangs up. She asks for 15 dollars co pay, after you already paid, will ask for 15 dollar copay even when you ask a question. She refuses to pass the Dr any massages and I am giving the doctors the benefit of doubt that they are not putting them up to this unprofessional, unethical and inappropriate behavior! I moved my children there and am starting to think it was the worse idea!!!!!!

This place is such a scam. The front desk lady asked me to pay for a co pay for an annual visit. To make thing worse, this place was pretty much closed during the pandemic. You are a front line worker and you closed during the pandemic. They make you wait for hours and the lady that takes your vitals speaks zero english. She gets upset when I don't understand her. The doctor is never there and hires some random people to do his work. Come here if you want to get sicker.
