Actually doctor is knowledgeable, knows how to treat the disease. I only need to visit one time to get my sickness cured. Seems like everyone is here to complain about that lady in the front desk. I agree. I even asked doctor why not fire that lady, he didn't reply. Guess they are relatives or something. Five stars goes to doctor, one star for the lady.

The doctor is not 5 stars but not awful. He is bad with returning calls and follow ups. Not the best in diagnosing illness compare to many four stars doctor but if you have a common cold, he will be able to treat it. The FRONT DESK woman is HORRIBLE. Rude, unhelpful, un-compassionate and impatient. During this difficult time in the world, she could be just a bit more friendly and useful; especially since they have limited office hours.

This was the worst experience ever for me and my kids coming to this place. Have not heard any phone call about my children’s results for bloodwork the doctor did not wear gloves when doing bloodwork and when my son was referred to him through the ER for dizziness he turned us away and told us to come back in two weeks what kind of doctor is that

Dr. Zuo and his staff are by far the worst practice ever! I would avoid his office like the plague. His office staff has an extremely rude demeanor. I'm not sure they understand that their tone of voice is considered rude to most people. They talk to their elderly patients like they are yelling at them. They do not take appointments and the wait can be several hours long! His treatment seems to be the same for everyone, antibiotics. Do yourself the favor and go somewhere else!
