Dr. Grigoriy Gurvits

Been using NYU Langone for the past 10 years and this is my least favorite location. It is overcrowded and the wait time is min 30 minutes. They accept walk in appointments and place them before the scheduled appointments. Very disorganized place. Last visit had to schedule here because of availability and was waiting for 1 hr for annual physical exam.

Rego Park Radiology is full of excuses for cancelling appointments (lack of operator, machine malfunctions). My appointment was cancelled three times for various reasons. If one goes to the reception on the first floor, first is the talking then finishing coffee and then maybe dealing with the patient. I would give zero (0) star but it doesn't exist.

Rude and unhelpful - very distinct difference in how you’ll be treated here if you are not Eastern European. They will often lose samples or fail to take adequate samples and then charge you to reorder them (happened three times).

Like everyone says on the reviews the wait time is horrible. Get ready to spend there 1 hour in a waiting area at least, sometimes more.. Some staff at the front desk, not all of them tho, behave rude to patients I witnessed few incidents.. my last drop of patience was my last appointment with dr Dora Pinkhasova, where she was making inappropriate comments and questions towards my freedom of religion and freedom of choosing lifestyle and how to dress. I'm from former soviet union country, and I'm sure she is from there as well. There is a culture where people don't have limits and borders, they make those comments and think it's okay to advice to others how to live their lives, when noone asked, but in the United States everyone should and must mind their own business, especially in a medical office where I came for a medical advices , but definitely I didn't come to ask or listen how I should live my life.. I'm done to go to these kind of doctors!!

Horrible experience. Gyno Dr Friedman and his staff are beyond unprofessional. They are always more than an hour late for appointments and they open the door while you are in the middle of a Gyno exam. Undressed ! It’s beyond sloppy and unprofessional they treat patients like a number not a person. They text during appointments. My information was repeatedly confused and not accurately maintained by the nurse which caused problems with the care I received repeatedly. The terrible administration and nurses add to the lack of care received at this office. I will NEVER go back to this doctor their office practices are unacceptable.
