I'll give him 2 stars because when I first went to see him he took some time to listen to me, but when he called me to give me the results of my endoscopy he got very impatient and was frustrated when I asked questions. His customer service was horrible and he told me I was on the phone with him for more than 5 minutes when he took a while to look at my chart looking through things. I'm the one who's physically in pain and his he doesn't care about that. I will never go back to him.

NASTY, NASTY, NASTY. If you want to be verbally abused, ridiculed and humiliated at every turn this is your doctor. Horrible experience via video telehealth, in person at his office and via emails. He should have his medical license taken away. RUN!

A very bitter MD. My visits with this Dr. were always unpleasant as he's needlessly rude and antagonistic. On one visit, he implanted a painful device used for measuring stomach acid levels through my nose that I'd have to wear for a night and seemed uncaring at my discomfort. He told me that I could remove the device by morning myself or if I was "too much of a baby" I could have him remove it the next day. And in another instance, he never gave me medication I needed for my acid reflux and asked him repeatedly for, forcing me to seek a different gastroenterologist. When I returned for a follow up, I was chided by him for the medication I was taking. When I pointed out that he never gave me the prescription I needed, he said he did, then checked his files only to realize that he forgot, then changed the subject without ever acknowledging or apologizing for his error. Whatever you do, DO NOT go to this doctor.
