I have several doctors at this clinic. If you’re healthy, you’ll get the tests and prescriptions you need, follow-up, all “well-patient” services. If you’re sick, get in line to wait for an appointment in a few weeks, or go to emergency care at a sidewalk clinic or hospital. The communication between patient and doctor is filtered through people (either by phone or web-site messaging) who may or may not understand what you’re saying. Your doctor may or may not respond. The doctors are protected by the public by barriers on every side. The practice is there for the comfort and convenience of the doctors, not the patients. So don’t get sick.

Good, clean facilities. As is often the case, many physicians of different specialities all under the same roof. Convenient to access by walking, train or bus. Handicapped accessible.

I went here yesterday for physical therapy. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. She told me the Dr I was to see had no more future appointments for at least a month but I could still see him today for my first evaluation. I asked if I could see someone else who had availability after this appointment as I was suffering acute pain and couldn’t wait a month. I conveyed to this person that when I called the call center, I was assured that I could either get on a cancellation list for the Dr I was supposed to see or that I could see someone else. She said the call center didn’t know what they were talking about. After being made to feel entirely uncomfortable I was escorted in to see the doctor. He apologized profusely for the treatment I received at reception and told me he did have availability the following week. After my appointment the same person continued to be very rude and left me waiting for over 25 minutes to schedule another appointment despite having only one other person to schedule in front of me. I am in client service for a living. If I treated any of my clients this way I’d be fired. The only reason I am giving this three stars is because the doctor I saw was very helpful and knowledgeable. People need to be held accountable when they are rude and unprofessional. I will update this as I continue my visits.

I dont think this place care about the paitient. I went there bc of my doc referral. First, I had to wait days for my 1st appointment. I had to go through life with the unknown pain. Actually this visit was my first PT session in my life. So I wasnt sure what to expect. 1st visit day, the session was done in 30mins. Okay... I was given an exercise that I've been doing all the time. That was still acceptable bc my first time. According to my Doctor 's referral I supposed have 2-3sessions/week. I expect to do so.. it. But the receptionist told me my next appointment will be in next month. Even though I supposed to take 2-3 times/week accoding to refferal. I already had bad feeling, but the PT was nice I tried to trust them even with some doubts. My 2nd visit, I was called on time 9:30am and walked out by 10:00am. So actually session were less than 30mins. i got one excersice to try at home. And the receptionist told me same things. "My therapist will only be available in few weeks." That moment, I was done with that place. How do you expect be recover, train my muscles once a few weeks session???? I highly not reccomend to go this place. I've started going to PT near by me. I am soooooo happy with them.. my 1st visit day, I left the facility after 2hours!! I couldn't believe it. Even the therapist mentioned that it would be shorter from 2nd time, but it is still 1.5 hour to 2hours every session. Their treatment are great and give me many exercises and my pain getting much much less.

I found this doctor for my father and everything went well. Now that I need him to begin a treatment, it's taken 2 mos to still have no answer on whether Medicare has approved his treatment or not. I don't understand how you call an office to follow up with a patient that is in pain and needs to begin a recommended treatment and no one has an answer after 2 months.
