I've been a patient of Dr. Katz for a couple of years now. She listens, is personable, knowledgable and thorough so occasionally there can be a longer wait because she doesn't chase a patient requiring more attention out of her office. She is very reasonable in her approach and willing to adjust treatment regimen for the best outcome. I never had any issues with appointment bookings or prescription refills. I was even able to get one while she was on vacation and she even helped me in an emergency situation on a weekend with a lab requisition.

I love Dr Katz. She is kind and pays close attention to what you tell her. She gives you a lot of time and is quite compassionate. The only problem is that her office assistant is not very reliable or responsive and it can take a longtime to get your appointments and get your messages to the doc=tor delivered.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor, the year I was seeing her was awful. She was mean, judgey, condescending. Always a minimum for 45 mins late for every appointment. They want you to text with the doctor, I'm a millennial and I think that's unprofessional. Finding a female endo in NYC that takes insurance is hard, but she is not the right choice.
