Dr. Valme is kind, cordial, and takes his time to address my medical needs. He has many years of experience and I have to say I'm very satisfied with the excellent service and care.

I have been going to the doctor for 7 years and I'm very satified with his service and professionalism. Unlike other doctors in the community, he give me the time and attention always!

This is the worst experience i have ever had visiting a doctors office. My former doctor left office so she sent me to this doctor I made my appointment for an annual check up and at the time i was suffering with a pain on my heel. I got there was checked in and was seen by the Nurse Practioner ( not the doctor) after doing my vitals and explaining my heel pain i was diagnosed with plantar fascia I then asked if i can get a referral for a podiatrists the Nurse Practioner said she diagnosed me I wasn't satisfied with her results. I then asked to see the doctor for a second opinion the Nurse Practioner was not happy she mumbled something that I didn't understand i excused it. When i saw the doctor I then asked him if I can I got a referral for a podiatrists he said your have plantar fascia the Nurse Practioner told him so and prescribed ibuprofen for my pain. I was very disappointed with this visit after coming back for my results two weeks later i decided i will not be going back to this doctors office they missed diagnosed me. I found out from another doctors office who took the time to listen to me when I voiced my concern about my heel pain I was sent to do and x ray and i was diagnosed with a Heel Spur and NOT Plantar Fascia which the previous doctor thought i had. I was also referred to a podiatrists and I am finally happy i can get to the bottom on my heel pain. I will NOT be recommending this place to anyone EVER.

Incredibly slow and incompetent staff. Doctor Valme does nothing to carefully diagnose and treat patients, as he routinely stuffs you out of his office without telling you what is wrong. I do not trust him, due to the fact that second opinion doctors have been able to correctly diagnose my illnesses rather than say I have “allergies”. Avoid at all cost.

Not only is this office very unprofessional, slow, and disorganized. The service here is atrocious you’ll be sitting in wait rooms for a long time, paper work will take days to be filled out, and the doctors offer no real medical advice or care.
