The worst doctor I ever had. She did surgery on my left ear for a cochlear implant and I caught an infection. She tried medicine that didn’t work and had to remove the implant. She tried blaming it on my Crohn’s disease. I still til this day have pain and still feel like there is an infection

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST RECEPTIONIST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! LAZY IS THE ONLY CONCLUSION I CAN COME UP WITH. I HAVE CALLED RELENTLESSLY, LEFT MESSAGES AND WAITED ON HOLD JUST TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. THIS APPOINTMENT IS IMPERATIVE DUE TO CONCERNS OF A MASS IN EAR CANAL. I WAS TOLD TO CALL AND REQUEST TO SPEAK TO JASMINE/MELINDA AND THAT HAS PROVEN TO BE A JOKE BC THEY CANNOT BE BOTHERED TO ANSWER OR RETURN A CALL; ESPECIALLY, WHEN THIS THE 4TH DAY THIS WEEK I AM REACHING OUT. IT'S NOW FRIDAY THE 26TH; I LEFT ANOTHER MESSAGE AROUND 11:30AM, I THEN CALLED BACK AT 3:15PM LITERALLY WAS HUNG UP ON 3 X'S AND WHEN I CALLED BACK I WAS LEFT ON HOLD. I HV NOW BEEN ON HOLD FOR 17 MIN. THANKFULLY I WAS ABLE TO SPEAK TO CAROL WHO WAS SO VERY HELPFUL. SHE DID TELL ME THAT I WAS TRANSFERRED 3 X'S N SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHY THEY WEREN'T ANSWERING THE PHONE. IN ANY EVENT, I AM SOOOOOOO GREATFUL THAT CAROL WAS THERE TO DO HER JOB N GET ME MY APPOINTMENT. THANK YOU SOOOO VERY MUCH CAROL.
