Dr Castro is a professional and caring person and is knowledgeable in his profession. Would highly recommend his services to anyone with pulmonary issues. His secretary Maria is such a warm person who makes you feel like your in the best hands medically and in general.

My first visit with Dr. Castro was what I expected and more. His care strategy was impeccable and precise. Apart for making the visit comfortable, he added patience and humor. Every procedure/test was described in detail, and I could tell this all came naturally to him, he did not make me feel rushed, a rare encounter in a doctor's office.

The doctor is good but you cannot depend on him. My wife has been with this doctor for a little over a year and had to finally change doctor. Each time we had bad experience with the office. 1. It took weeks to get our report. 2. They NEVER pick up the phone. 3. They NEVER call back. 4. They DON"T respond to emails. 5. They were supposed to schedule an appoint for her with a specialist and it never happen. 6. You have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting a referral from them. Do not depend on this doctor if you care about your life because you cannot get in contact with them in case you really need help. Once you leave the doctor's office, you've been forgotten. Good luck getting in contact with them.

Dr Castro was helpful in finding the right inhaler for me. The office itself though is so hard to reach. I’ve been calling at different times for the last two weeks and nobody answers the phone. I still haven’t received a callback regarding a prescription

Never phone calls answered, my pharmacist and I tried very hard every time to get a new prescription it’s always impossible. To make an appointment it’s so hard since it’s no one answering the phone. Now I’m trying to get my medical records but no one is there to help me with that. I’m taking a life medication (HIV)
