I have been with DR. Kvetnty for over 25 years Always been a professional and very self explanatory makes you understand your health issues. And his staff are very welcoming makes you feel comfortable as well. No complaint whats so ever. "LOVE MY D.R."

Absolute perfection in medical care. Strongly professional deeply caring neighborhood Family Doctor, nurses, and office staff. Very clean facility. How do I know? My entire family are patients for decades.

My experience here wasn’t the best. I’ve been going here for almost a year and dr Kvetny is an alright doctor. Unfortunately the staff is horrible! They put you on hold for 30 minutes just to come back to the phone and put you on hold again. They do not even hesitate, The second they pick up the phone they just say “ doctors office hold “ that’s it!!! They also had me in their system mixed up with someone else’s name which ended up making my appointment get canceled. I also called in to be late to an appointment where the girl told me it was ok. When I arrived 25 mins late with my baby in the stroller they told me they asked the doctor if he would see me and he said NO!!! So unprofessional and disgusting to do to me specially after I called in and said I’d be late and was told it was fine.... It was wasted time and money for ubers on my hand. It bothers me that nobody cared for me. I know I deserve to be treated right let alone better than how they dealt with me. I look forward to finding myself a new general doctor along with friendly organized staff! I hope my review helps other people as well as single mothers doing it all on their own like me.

I’m a patient of Dr. Kvetny and while he is a good and caring doctor, his front desk staff is very rude and unprofessional acting like they are doctors themselves. I complained about the front desk staff many times but to no avail. They even disregard Dr. Kvetny’s orders. Yesterday, for example, I had an appointment with Dr. Kvetny and he recommended that ALL my medications must be refilled including the one that they stopped refilling without authorization from Dr. Kvetny. Today, when I called my pharmacy, there were no refills. When I called his office, about four times, and each time I was put on hold for 15-25 minutes, I was told by someone named Angela, that she doesn’t see any refills ordered by Dr. Kvetny, which is obviously not true because I was there when the doctor called the front desk and order that all my medications must be refilled including the ones they stopped refilling on their own. Not only that their actions show the most disrespect and disregard to said doctor but they also jeopardize my health and my life. Please, Dr. Kvetny hire better front desk staff who don’t make you look bad or jeopardize people’s lives.

Most unprofessional health care provider I dealt with in my life. I spoke to a doctor G.Ram over a virtual call Thursday. He told me if the medication he prescribed doesn’t work to give the office a call back on Saturday and promised to give me the stronger medication which does work. It’s now Saturday, and I have been calling all day basically begging them to help me because my cough has got to the point where I can’t get any sleep. It is becoming persistently worse and unbearable. Instead of helping me they would be very rude and hang up on me. I was put on hold countless times and when they would answer they would already know my name. I was hung up on numerous times as well.They told me around 10am stating they were messaging the doctor for me to get the medication I need, it is now after 6pm and still nothing.
