Dr. Gavriil Agaon

I would never change this doctor. He's not only a good doctor he's a good listener and funny as hell. I read reviews about his receptionist but I have NO problem with Mrs Again she is cool with me I guess it's how you interact with her.

Receptionist is incredibly rude and simply miserable. She is always bothered and takes her anger out on the patients. The doctor is good , however he missed a few important health matter in regards to my mom that her new pcp discovered. My parents and sister were patients for many years until they were recently Told not to return as the receptionist got into arguments with both my parents and sister. Her behavior is Extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. Unfortunately only her self, husband, family and business are suffering at expense of her rudeness. Surely look elsewhere , as the receptionist is the doctors wife and not going anywhere.

The receptionist told me that I would have to pay for preventative care upfront when it’s covered by the Insurance company. It’s one thing to say that the insurance company will take a long time to pay but to say that it won’t be covered is incorrect . I understand it’s a private practice and the doctor needs to get paid, but the information you’re providing to people needs to be fact check.
