Thank you for being the dedicated, thoughtful, compassionate, and caring doctor that you are! You always go above and beyond and work tirelessly towards a healthy outcome. I am happy to have Dr Menachem as my son and husband's doctor. God bless you DR Menachem! the staffs are sometimes overwhelmed but DR Menachem always a fine DOCTOR

If I could give this place NO stars then I definitely would. My mother was a new patient. When I called to make her appointment the person I spoke to had a horrible attitude!! I proceed to make the appointment. I should of gone with my instinct. We got to the office and one of the receptionist was on her phone and did not acknowledge us. There was another receptionist who was running back and fourth and finally signed us in and proceed to print out our paperwork. The office staff was a bit disorganized the only reason I am giving TWO stars is because the doctor himself was great but he definitely needs new front staff. We did not proceed to make a follow up appointment.

This review is based off the doctors front desk staff ONLY. I have been coming to Dr. Menachem for years now and there has been a turn around in staff numerous times and I definitely wonder why. The girl who currently runs the front desk area acts one way in front of the doctor and another way around the patients. She is rude and comes of as sarcastic when speaking on the phone. I believe her name is Denessa or Denise. I have seen girls come and go and their billing department is a JOKE. I called and spoke to Denise about an outstanding bill I have and she couldn’t even tell me why I had a balance to begin with and told me that the doctors wife was the one in charge of sending bills. They definitely need to hire someone who knows exactly what they’re doing and someone who knows how to handle patients and deal with customer service.

I am daughter of Andrew Spitz Michael Gartenhaus injured my father Andrew Spitz at appointment that Andrew Spitz was scheduled with Gary Menachem. It was Friday September 23 Andrew Spitz is almost 91 and Michael Gartenhaus was being "broken in" dont use a 91 year old for an inexperienced newbie to Get practice on my father is not to be used for training that broken skin and rough handling have disrupted his life he has hard time to wear shoe or walk and had to postpone actvities until the damage by Gartenhaus heals

I GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS - stars if I could! Disgusting attitude I called to make an appointment and asked what day and time they had available and the women proceeded with “no no no! YOU TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT AND ILL TELL YOU IF I HAVE IT AVAILABLE!” Rude I bet this place loses a tremendous amount of patients due to the disgusting personality they have working for them! I’ll take my business elsewhere.
