I thought my issue was odd, but Dr. Lucia was able to quickly determine what my issue was and explain it clearly to me. He provided multiple treatment options, some immediate and some ongoing. Some which required insurance approval, and some that did not. I also liked how he suggested clever techniques that did not require any medicine or special equipment, such as icing my arches using a frozen water bottle. In our medical industry these days I would expect to be given (and insurance company charged) some specially designed device which performed the exact same function as the frozen water bottle. The only area of improvement I could suggest would be wait time. I never saw another patient in the office, but still waited a bit to be seen. Perhaps I was just at a satellite office and it took him longer than anticipated to get there. All in all, great experience. The staff is awesome too. Glad I went to see Dr. DeLucia.

I called here In regards to an appointment for my boyfriend who was in commute on the way to his appointment , traveling over an hour due to train complications. The receptionist on 7/23/2018 at 11:20, who answered the phone claiming to be by the name of Stephanie was beyond rude, arrogant, nasty, dismissive, and refused to let me speak to any doctor, and or management staff. She argued with me as well after I asked her why she is so rude to patients, she replied with more of an attitude and stated she is not rude. She is argumentative, and so nasty. I do not understand how she has a job dealing with patients. She gives the company a very bad name and a very bad rep. I will be letting everyone know NOT TO BE SEEN HERE. Furthermore, how is it that a patient asks to speak to management and no one wants to take my call? I work at a doctors office, i deal with patients daily and i would never speak to any patients this way!!!! It is a shame that before he could even be seen we endured this type of experience.
