Dr. Frantz solves my problems and provides me with solutions., he’s kind and caring. Best doctor I had thus far. The office needs a little sprucing up; maybe some wall color and flowers :) but aside from that he’s good people.

I came in for a routine annual physical, and my wait was more than 90 minutes. That's close to two full hours in the spare waiting room. The nurse was extremely rushed, and the doctor could have been a bit more helpful. In particular, when they gave me my blood test results, there was no discussion, no explanation, no anything, just a piece of paper with numbers printed on it. I feel like I got only the bare minimum out of my examination!

Terrible terrible! They gave my son a medical form that was incomplete no blood work on there and complete urine drug test and I had already paid the money... Every time you call you're not able to reach anybody, nobody really calls you back in a timely manner! Just trifling simple as that....

Deserves no stars. Made an appointment thru Zocdoc and called the office to be sure 2 days ago. I show up for my appointment and they have no record of it ,even after I showed them on my email my appointment. Receptionist went and asked the Dr and he asked what did I need ...... DO NOT GO TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE,THEY MOPED THE FLOOR RIGHT BEFORE I CAME IN,WHY? THAT'S A SAFETY HAZARD
