Dr. Frank Valente

Deserves all the 5 stars reviews and more. This man is a miracle worker. He basically fixed my shoulder for me, and helped me regain full mobility. I have recommended close friends and family to him, and I would recommend ANYONE to him! His staff is also amazing and incredibly caring. Dr. Frank is the BEST!

Frank is an amazing chiropractor! I've been weary of them for years out of concern for injury, but he's patient, careful, detailed, thoughtful and every session I've felt better than I have in years!

I first saw Dr. Frank for a hamstring injury. I had gone to a few physical therapists and it wasn’t helping. Karim suggested I see Dr. Frank. He helped me with the pain immediately. During my first visit, he took the time to explain exactly where the pain was coming from and what the treatment was doing to alleviate the pain. He also asked me all kinds of questions to better understand my lifestyle, what kind of workouts I do at the gym, etc. He gave me great advice, telling me that I should wear a backpack instead of the heavy bags I was carrying (I even brought him two different backpacks and he did a fitting to let me know which one was going to better and how to wear it properly). Dr. Frank also helped me with the gym and told me that I shouldn’t walk on the treadmill (and why) and that the elliptical would be so much better for me - and he was right! Dr. Frank is an outstanding chiropractor. He is excellent at diagnosing what is wrong and he finds the right treatment to get results. Dr. Frank is also focused on prevention and solutions. He takes the time to recommend specific exercises and why they are important. I recently started seeing him once a week for exercise therapy. It has been helping me tremendously. He understands where I need to build strength and comes up with a customized exercise program to achieve this goal. Since I have been seeing him, I feel so much stronger. Dr. Frank is very smart and his depth of knowledge about the musculoskeletal system is extensive. He is professional and really has a gift of explaining what is going on in the body and why. Dr. Frank really cares about his patients. He is a wonderful and proven partner to have for your health and I highly recommend him.

I was looking for an in network provider that could help me with a case of Frozen Shoulder. Dr. Valente has been great! He's been kind, not too rough, and so patient with me explaining what I have and what I need to do to get it fixed. His staff has been great also, always available to answer a question or schedule an appt. I'm so happy I found him! Highly recommend!

Dr. Valente was so helpful in addressing and helping heal my injury in time for my triathlon. He provided me with a path to heal while not taking me out from competing. I would highly recommend booking an appointment with Dr. Valente.
