This used to be a good doctor's office. Not anymore. The receptionists have unfriendly attitudes. The office insists on everyone wearing a mask but won't supply any. If you get routine blood work done they will send you to a 3rd party lab to get it done then require you to come back in to review your results. So now you have to pay 3 co-pays. There's always a long wait despite having made an appointment well a head of time. On top of all of this they tell you to print out their office forms at home and to bring them in. Does they office do anything themselves anymore ? I couldn't tell you what. I will need to find a new primary care doctor on the island.

I've been a patient here for years. Last week, I tested positive for covid and called to see if I could get an inhaler or something of the sort to prevent my symptoms developing further. Although they called in scripts for my sister without her having to visit the office when she had covid (recently), the doctor over the phone maintained an impatient attitude and exclaimed that I had to be seen. I said no and my symptoms got much worse. Luckily, urgent care pulled through! I will avoid returning to this practice ever again.

I was supposed to be a new patient here considering my whole family has come here for years. They made my appointment, left a voicemail to confirm at a time I was at work so I couldn’t answer… so I guess they took it uppon themselves to change my appointment time and day without informing me..They call me to tell me I “missed my appointment”. I explained to them that they scheduled me for a whole different day and even tried to confirm it so how did it even get changed without my knowledge? The front desk didn’t want to give me a proper explanation. They claimed I was “nasty” and they’re gonna “put me on hold” & just kept saying they can give me another appointment. I work at an office and I’ve never treated patients like that especially when its my offices mistake. I’ve heard all great things about the Dr & I chose to disregard everybodys views on his staff… This is genuinely ridiculous that this is how they’d treat a new patient. Best advice I’d give to anyone is find a better office that runs professionally.

The receptionists are as dumb as door knobs I’m not sure how they have a job. I won’t be visiting no more after encounters with them. One receptionist said to me why do you need your blood work so bad it won’t show anything pertaining to your health issue anyway. I wanted to scream !?! So frustrating. Record them at all times. I do it now maybe a law suit will open their blind little eyes.

The office staff is terrible particularly one lady. They are rude and make nasty comments and blame you for things they didn’t explain. They claimed they emailed me forms to fill out which I never received then they change the amount of co-payment which has always been the same they tell me one amount fee for cdl on the phone then they change the amount at the office. The overweight unpleasant lady at the desk then proceeds to tell me I know it’s hard for you to pay - such a comment should not be said. She then proceeds to close her glass window and not open it when I had a question. Avoid this place while this lady is still in office. Keep negative people out of your life when going to the Dr.
