Prepare to wait. I made a appointment at this place two weeks in advance but still had to wait four hours when I showed for blood test results. Dr Rosario is nice and knows what he's doing but I left the place feeling irritated by having to wait so long for something simple....

Booked a COVID test appointment through SOMOS because I was travelling. Called the day before to confirm, only to be told that they are will not be working New Year's Eve and New Year's. While that is to be expected, and the reason I booked an appointment, the lack of communication was very unprofessional. They could either have blocked their availability on the third party site, or at least have the courtesy to call to inform me that my appointment has been cancelled. Hope their administrative negligence does not cross to medical decisions as well.

The worst experience ever. Appointment was for 2:00. They didn’t see me until 4:30. Doctor was completely useless. I then felt rushed, he didn’t understand anything, didn’t ask, didn’t care, then I waited another 30 minutes so they could write me a referral for another doctor. Appalling. Never go here!!!

I had a terrible experience at this doctor's office. I was under the weather with a really bad cough and a sore throat. I was advised to arrive early as a walk-in. I waited a very long time (which was okay because I didn't have an appointment). What wasn't okay is that the nurse that saw me didn't examine me properly, holding all of the instruments a couple of inches away from me when she examined my ears, nose and throat. Then they wrote a prescription for an over-the-counter product - I stood in line with the pharmacy and then belatedly realized that I didn't have to. All in all, it was a terrible experience. Don't go there if you want a doctor that will take the time to see you rather than his incompetent staff.
