I never was told that the PA that the scheduler gave me was out of network. I wanted dr Williams who is in network but he had patients that day. Now I received a $695 bill for just having laryngitis. I would never go there again. I told them I had UnitedHealth care. They should have only given me someone in my network. How unfair to do that to someone!!!!
