I recommend this doctor to anybody, my first time going and he asked me many questions which that goes to show that he is interested to know about my health, he also helped me get more help for my back pain, he’s attitude is so lovely, makes jokes and makes the visit so welcoming thats something not just any doc does. Dr Passarelli has been my primary doctor for over 25 years and he is very courteous, professional and cares for his patients. He is very thorough in his examinations and I would recommend him to anyone .

I met with Dr. Francesco Passarelli and he cool I started to like him but his Medical assistant are Lousy , Not Friendly , No Sense of Humor , bad Attitude . I went there fasting for the blood work , urine sample but nothing . Medical Assistant gave a list where to get the blood work done and urine . Again Dr. Francesco Passarelli is okay for first time meeting but Medical Assistant Thumbs down 👎👎👎👎

I am not understanding how this doctors office has five stars. It seems like every time my mother has an emergency they are either too booked to fit her in or they disregard her symptoms and just tell her to take tylenol. It seems as if the front desk is just taking it upon themselves to diagnose patients without relaying the messages to the doctors and believe me I know how things are supposed to go, I work for a doctor myself. Today my mother called with symptoms of a headache, cough and congestion they did nothing but once again put her on hold for over 7 mins and hang up, I called three times with no answer! With everything going on they need to be more diligent with the way they answer their calls and delegate patients.
