Firdous been my doctor from last 8 years very happy with their service especially the new Asian female doctor very excellent polite doctor,i will give her 5 stars…the reason for my 3 stars is the lady in laboratory 🧫 who took the blood very very rude never happy with their patience….always so mean 😪

I have never seen such a mannerless doctor in my entire life. We generally see receptionists being like that. In this office, the doctor and the receptionists all are mannerless. Especially the doctor ferdous khandkar should learn how to be a human first. And then should take a course in professionalism. If there is a problem, instead of resolving he barks like a dog. So immature adult. He does not care about the patients. As soon as he realizes his fault, instead of apologizing, he tries to get you out of the office regardless of your health conditions. He could not even answer my questions. He is so irrational and childish. He will blame you for everything to cover up his and the receptionists' faults. He has no respect for the elders. Please try to avoid him. check out what kind of humiliating legal cases he had gone through. if i knew, i would have never chosen him as my pcp.

Worst Customer Service, The lady at front desk are all so rude, I was asking for copy of my blood report but she didnt wanted to give me. All other doctors these days have online portal where we can access our blood report but this place doesnt have. Avoid this place, I am changing my PCP right way there are lot of other better options in Jackson Heights.
