Front-desks are not sufficient, Dec 19, Saturday at 4:20 pm when I was making appointment in phone, they said ‘they will call me back’ and cut the phone. I waited for their call back for more than an hr, never call me back. Doctor Hassen herself is very nice and wonderful in treating her patients, but other staffs need training.

Irresponsible staff and doctor. They were being so rude and don’t care for patients. They need more training. I am changing my primary doctor. Dr faudar said she can’t help me from my injury because I am her new patients. Even said you can change doctor if you want to. That’s so rude.I wasted one week to see a doctor and later denied because I am her new patients and they can’t check up for me.waste of time and energy. If you go to this doctor.

Iam changing my primary doctor. I have very bad experience about this doctor .Don’t go this place. staff behaviour is very bad, Doctor also bad behaviour. Front desk very bad service , Hashan Ferdos Doctor is very rude and Un cultural.
