Dr. Breth and his staff are pretty awesome! Did corrective surgery on my Left foot and absolutely love the results. Cannot wait to do the right foot. Even at the hospital the staff were all comforting and made the process worthwhile. Couldn't have chosen a better place to do this surgery. Thank You Dr. Breth!!

Dr Breth is both very knowledgeable and very patient. His staff is kind too. He answered my millions of questions without rushing me at all, and he was the first of 4 podiatrists I’ve had who took x rays and found why the bones in my heels are causing me pain. Grateful I found his practice!

Absolutely do not come here! Dr. Breth was criminally negligent in treating my ankle. He ignored my request for an MRI repeatedly since my first visit. He offered no help or advice other than to sit and wait and see if it heals. I did this for a month, and when it didn't approve I again requested an MRI. He said, let's give it another month and it felt slightly better and he cleared me to run. So I run for about a week and the pain returns, worse than before. He finally agrees an MRI might be warranted. The MRI showed were three things wrong with my ankle, all of which required corrective surgery. He presented me with two surgery options, did not mention any potential downsides to surgery (there were in fact many as I'd later learn). I then got a second opinion from another podiatrist and they told me that under NYS law they weren't allowed to perform that kind of surgery and referred me to an orthopedic surgeon. My treatment at Breth's office was borderline criminal malpractice. If he had listened to me, I would've been fully recovered by now, but instead I have another four months of recovery ahead of me. And no doubt worsened my injury thanks to his suggestion for "resting."
