Dr. Galstian and her team live up to their reviews. She has a straightforward approach that is compassionate and takes time to speak with you as a human. She offered me a referral to a specialist that was similar in nature and got me in immediately. Happy to have found a PCP that offers great service and beside manner that is top notch.

I’ve been going to Dr. Galstian’s office for years — I love how easy it is to book appointments and how thorough physical exams & follow up are. In particular, I really like Virali Patel, the PA. She takes a lot of time to explain things & makes helpful suggestions. She also gave me the most painless pap. One suggestion is that the link to the patient portal really should be on the website. It seems to change from time to time so the link I have used in the past no longer works and I have to call to get the new link each year.

We just moved to NYC and had identified Dr. Galstien as a potential primary care doctor based on the many positive reviews and her convenient location in the Financial District. Before we could set up appointments for our annual physicals, both my husband and I tested postive for COVID and needed medical care. We contacted the practice and Millie got virtual appointments to see the PA Virali Patel that day. We felt reassured by Ms. Patel's patient and knowledgable discussions with us and appreciated the pharmeceutical decisions. We look forward to continuing the relationship with Family Medicine.
