The Doctor was appointed as my PCP. She was very attentive to details regarding my past medical history. In my experience she was very thorough and followed up with related concerns and was extremely thorough with reviewing related testing. Most importantly for.me, she was a good listener and never rushed through visits.

Dr. Chaim had been my doctor for a while before I moved out of state. She's the best doctor I've ever had. She's really cares about her patients, giving great advice and proper care. I miss her. :(

The doctor may know her medical stuff, but not familiar with insurances. I am not comfortable when services are not given that is covered with my insurance. Who wants to explain over and over what their insurance covers. The office is nice and clean. The doctor speaks English as a second language it seems, so it is left to make sure she understands you. There is an appointment cancellation charge less than 24 hours. There is a fee for credit card use. And it seems as if there is a co- payment for every time you see her where as, if you just need yearly wellness with other doctors, there is only one co-pay and they take blood work in the office. Here, you would need to go to a lab and pay another co-pay. She recommended vitamins to correct my deficiencies, which I greatly appreciated. The doctor should have her staff to properly familiarize themselves with insurances and be nice to patients. It is NY, we expect great service and manners.

I am a professional I walked into Dr. Esther’s office at 12:30 PM to collect paperwork so I can be prepared for my 2 PM appointment the receptionist did not look up for five minutes I was still standing there; 2 nurses stood there confused with the office dynamic didn’t asked to help or welcome me. the doctor comes out rudely said to me and my daughter what are you asking for i sont know what you need! just have a seat. I don’t think this is the way anyone should be treated and any medical or any type of life I’m very disgusted by her attitude.
