As a man that hates to be more specific despises going to receive medical treatment. If I could come here for everything I would not go to another medical office in the whole state. Never have I felt so comfortable dealing with a physician or nurses, receptionist all very detailed and helpful in my visit Fantastic service, highly capable staff Incredible courtesy

Doctor Mallett is great. I also much appreciated Vonetta’s prompt assistance regarding several requests of mine. Thank you so much!

My experience with the staff was horrible!!!! I waited patiently in the waiting area for over a hour after my appointment time. I totally understood because the doctor was in surgery. Dr. Errol overall have awesome bed side manners and explains intensely. But the professionalism with his assistance and their communication skills needs to be implemented. I left after waiting two hours without updates in pain and now I have to start all over to look for another urologist. Someone have to take accountability and communicate better with patients. I won’t fbe going there again. I highly suggest that you find another place that cares about your health. They didn’t even call me to see if I arrived home safely. I also left there with my pressure 157/97. I could had a stoke as I was walking home. Find someone that cares about your well being.

Doctor is great. Unfortunately the office is poorly run and getting someone to answer the phone or even return your call is near impossible.
