Dr Clarissa Lock is the most excellent, dedicated, brilliant, kind, caring doctor I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. I saw her at 4:40pm on a Friday after I had a fall and hit my head the day before. She was so diligent, she ordered a CT scan of my head STAT, and she and her exemplary, marvelous staff stayed with me until about 6pm, when I went to to the ER for imaging. She is the finest physician imaginable. Then she called me on Sunday to see how I was!!! I am so deeply grateful to Dr. Lock and to Weill Cornell Medicine. Wow!

Dr Clarissa Lock was simply fantastic , thorough, warm , emphatic and obviously an intelligent expert . Took the time to make me feel better and explain everything in detail . I had a lost with questions and after talking to her realized she had answers them all without me even asking her the questions . I’m new to Weill Cornell and honestly have been very impressed with them .

I have found Dr. Lock very professional and (also very important) very kind. If I should really look for a slightly less-then-positive aspect of my experience, like other young professionals (doctors, nurses, but also secretaries) also Dr. Lock speaks too fast for a person my age; being not English my mother tongue makes things worse, so at times I missed some words. However I understood the essential, and that is what matters, but it would be nice if young doctors, in addition to the Art of Hippocrates, learned from their predecessors the way to talk to their patients, at least the old ones. Having said that, I confirm that I was very happy with the visit.

Dr. Lock-O'Hanlon was wonderful. She is young, patient and kind. I went for a physical and felt she listened and spent time with me. I hate the doctor, but I found talking with her very easy.

Dr. Clarissa Lock-O'Hanlon is terrific. She genuinely cares for her patients, asks the right questions and listens to us, and is very kind. I highly recommend her as your next doctor.
