For a month I had pain in my ear. I was recommended to see Emma Masters. She checked my ear and did the procedure. I feel 100% better. I wish every doctor could be as professional and knowledgeable as her. Thank you, Dr. Masters.

Had the worst experience ever. I respect her age but she was extremely rude to me for no reason. I had severe pain and she was scrapping my ear horribly. I felt she doesn't like people from other ethnicities.

HORRIBLE patient care. When I arrived for my appointment the receptionist informs me that the doctor is out and when I ask why she didn’t think to call and inform the patients that their appointments have been cancelled due to the doctor or reschedule the appointment she claims it’s not her job to do so. Don’t recommend horrible.
