She explained everything to me in detail...Dr. Masters is a very kind and caring doctor.The office is very clean and inviting. Had the worst experience ever. I respect her age but she was extremely rude to me for no reason. I had severe pain and she was scrapping my ear horribly. I felt she doesn't like people from other ethnicities.

HORRIBLE patient care. When I arrived for my appointment the receptionist informs me that the doctor is out and when I ask why she didn’t think to call and inform the patients that their appointments have been cancelled due to the doctor or reschedule the appointment she claims it’s not her job to do so. Don’t recommend horrible.
