Dr. Neil and her staff are extremely unprofessional. They are liars and the office looks like the scene of an 80's horror movie. Please do not waste your time visiting this office. Dr. Neil is all about the money and does not care for her patients. She tries to drag the simplest procedures out, scheduling multiple visits to bill for them. She is disrespectful to both her staff and patients, openly discussing her staff issues and referring to them as stupid in front of patients. When confronted with the unprofessional behavior of both her and her staff she resorts to name calling and blatant disrespect towards her patients. Staff does not return phone calls and lie saying they are the answering service when you clearly recognize their voices. She is very touchy with patients, to the point where it is uncomfortable for the patient. DR EMANCIA NEIL'S PRACTICE IS THE WORST MEDICAL PRACTICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.

Do NOT go here... she might seem “sweet” at first. But eventually, she’s money hungry. Once she sees you have insurance, she will try and bill you for all these unnecessary things. I went for a basic physical, and she tried to say i need a heart sonogram. WHAT?? I have had many physicals done and never needed one. I had to google it to see what it was. When i told her I’m not doing it, she turned from that “sweet christian lady” into a b***h. She refused to see me even when I scheduled an appointment. Stay far away... i wish i could give her zero stars. 🖕🏿

Poor service, she only care about the money.
