I have been overwhelmingly impressed with the level of customer service at Dr. Callahan's office. I made several calls to different podiatrist offices prior to finding this office. None, I repeat, NONE had service like this. The representative was kind, and welcoming. I could tell, even through the phone that she had a smile on her face. To me, this made all the difference. They accommodated me with an appointment the same day. Dr. Callahan was friendly and thorough. She gave me options as it pertained to my issue. I have since had one more visit via teleconference, and that too was pleasant and easy. I can't stress how happy I am to have found this office. I will continue to seek care there, and recommend to family and friends.

Dr. Callahan is the best podiatrist. She is gentle and pleasant. Making your visit a very comfortable and pleasant one. Also never a long wait time. So if ever in need of a great podiatrist check out Tender Foot Care with Dr. Elvira Callahan.

Dr. Callahan is awesome! Very down to earth and super accommodating. She’s the best podiatrist in Forest Hills without a doubt in my mind. They offer a ton of great services, as well as weekend hours (Saturday mornings). She really cares about her patients and their well being. Glad I was able to connect with such a professional, honest podiatrist near me!

I am mortified, honestly the worse medical care experience I’ve ever had, they wanted to charge me 274.99 for an ankle brace that can be found on amazon for 24$ Not to mention the Walgreens down the street had similar products for 16$ And then the reception staff wanted to argue with me There was no effort for decent customer service Or even common decency, constantly blaming me for not understanding, or mishearing (I miss heard the price and thought it was 27.49) Don’t go here, don’t let your relatives grandmothers aunts go here they will take advantage of them (Thankfully I flagged it with my insurance and credit card servicer )
