Be aware of unfriendly and hostile person at the reception deck. when I walked in to schedule my first appointment, the lady ( mam in her 50s ) treated me like she was doing me a big favor. She scheduled my appointment and told me that somebody would call me before my visit. When nobody called me I was not surprised.
