Dr. Edwin Chan's office is very nice, considerate and professional. Wait time was great. Dr. Chan thorough and explained in depth the possibilities with me. The Physician Assistant Jacqueline Shay did the endoscopy without any pain. They did their best in the treatment and helped me in recovery as good and soon as possible. Beyond impressed with the great quality of care and efficiency of care that delivered. All in all, I highly recommend this clinic for all your ENT needs. Appreciate.

The facility was incredibly clean. Dr. Edwin Chan was very knowledgeable and willing to share his thoughts, intentions, and recommendations patiently. The same went for his PA, Jackie (though I may have misspelled her name). I went in for a deviated septum surgery, as well as a dilated sinus surgery, which happened in succession. Because of the detailed explanations provided by the staff, I felt assured, and without surprise, the surgery went well. A month later, I'm nearly fully recovered and found my breathing to have improved immensely. I'd highly recommend this to anyone who wants better breathing.

Absolutely 5 Star operation being run in this office! The office staff is great. I cannot say enough about the P. A. and the doctor; simply incredible! I would highly recommend to anyone; but think there a better run operation.

Came here a few months ago because I was worried there was something stuck in my nose. I didn't have insurance at the time, and the physician's assistant (the actual doctor is very booked and performs surgeries, so you will mostly see the PA) was very accommodating - asking if I wanted to do certain procedures and take certain medications at my own expense for my own treatment - they are definitely not trying to take your money here. Did a CAT scan at their recommendation and found that I had a deviated septum and scheduled surgery. Met with Doctor Edwin once before the surgery. His bedside manners are a bit awkward, but with how well and quickly I recovered from surgery despite the amount of procedures performed, he seems like a very competent surgeon. The most impressive part of my experience at this location was the reception. They are very knowledgeable and competent and try their best to accommodate your needs. There have been numerous occasions when I have walked into the office and witnessed a patient taking their emotions out on the staff and they have always remained calm and provided great service even after the scene (the population they serve seems to be mostly older immigrants with different norms and have difficulty communicating, even in their own language). The fact that the reception puts up with these outbursts on what seems like a daily basis and still provides excellent service is incredible. I wish I could tip them and they all deserve raises. The PA herself is very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I am glad she was able to treat me and she is sensitive to whatever other problems you present and is well-trained in emotional support with a great sense of humor. She's really just trying her best to provide great medical care and she is definitely doing an amazing job. The only things I can complain about are the fact that there's no hand soap in the bathroom, which is sort of gross, but they have hand sanitizer, and that they schedule appointments within 15 minutes of each other, so rarely they are completely packed and there is a backlog of patients, making wait times take up to an hour (only happened once in my 5 visits). Overall, I completely trust the team to take care of my needs and would definitely come here again.

They overbook patients and that is a scheduling issue pertaining to the owner/manager, not the provider seeing patients who is clearly overbooked. They should either schedule patients less closely together or increase their number of providers. I was waiting for nearly an hour with multiple patients ahead still waiting to be seen when I arrived. Front desk could also be a bit more attentive to patients when they arrive and when making requests.
