Very bad service. Not proper customer service. Doctor sent prescription to Florida pharmacy without patient's knowledge though patient lives few blocks away. They do fraud with insurance. Do not go there. There are plenty good doctor offices in neighbor hood.

The staff is very, very unprofessional. And don’t call because they gang up on you. The staff always on they personals phones, texting. One time one of them was doing her nails in the desk. The sad part is the doctor Pinaneli don’t do nothing about it. 😡😡😡😡

This Doctor is a crook. If you don't want your insurance to be dry up on as many bogus charges as posible do not go to him. They make you wait for hours on end for no good reason. The staff are rude and very unprofessional. They always try to make you take all sorts of tests that you don't even need only to charge yourin surance. This is a total dump. Do not deserve not even one star. 😡

Does not deserve not even one star, absolutely worse PCP office in the world from the receptionist, to the office manager, to the Nursing manager and to the owner Dr. Pignanelli. Staff there feel entitled and do as the please with the patients. I have complained to Dr. Pignanelli and nothing is done. Please do not visit this practice.

After call for schedule appointment for annual physical on 10/17/17, the lady who answered the phone call was very rude and disrespectful. After informing me that blood work is no longer done in Dr.’s office. she used bad actitud .... Isidra P
