Dr. Dustin Nguyen

I have been seeing Dr. Nguyen for over 6 years. A smart and thorough doctor, I appreciate that he is hands on with check ups/ follow ups with other doctors and tries to incorporate other specialists you have seen on his record to make healthcare comprehensive. He is in demand, but wait time is usually longer.

Very respectful to Dr. Nguyen & Le, however staffs are very rude to my wife & requested her to switch family doctor. This implied to stop patronizing. After many years supporting Dr. Nguyen, my wife, Wendy Wong, desperately to see either Dr. Le or Nguyen to diagnose her right elbow condition. She was told to walk-in and will be seen. Due to agonizing pain, Wendy admitted to Methodist Emergency room on Sunday at 2:00 A.M on April 15, 2018. Wendy was told to see an Orthopedic and follow up with her family doctor because she has a bone fracture. Disappointing and heartbroken that Dr. Nguyen’s receptionist told her doctor will not see her and requested her to change her primary care doctor. My family is fully covered by United health insurance, not like we didn’t have health coverage or receiving free exam at Dr. Nguyen’s office, & we are not troublesome patients. Whatever Dr. Nguyen’s office politics are, this office will lose my family’s patronage & support after prolonged years! There are numerous doctors who speak Chinese or English in NYC. It’s not like we don’t speak Chinese, English, or Vietnamese. We came to Dr. Nguyen’s office is to support Vietnamese community, however, efforts were WASTED!!!!!!!
