I'm not sure what people are expecting. I use an "infectious disease" physician for advice on - and administration of - vaccines that are both recommended and appropriate for me based on my age, health, travel history, and travel plans, as informed by the most up-to-date guidance/information from the CDC and other learned governmental/public health agencies, both domestic and international (e.g., WHO). For this purpose, he does an excellent job.

The worst experience. I went for a second dose of the Shingrix vaccine. He has no finesse at all. I was in pain literally from him jabbing my arm.

Wish I could give zero stars, as this was the worst experience from a doctor ever. The doctor didn’t address my reason for the visit, and didn’t care to hear my side. There are reasons some can’t get vaccines, but he constantly repeated to get it or I would die. Who says that?! And that not doing so is moronic! He’s also very misinformed and will tell you certain tests don’t exist, but a simple google search proves otherwise. He’s interested in strictly jabbing, but doesn’t want to run labs- exactly what most previous reviews confirmed. I’m planning on giving the referring doctor an earful. Not an ounce of sympathy in this man’s body. Cold and unethical!

Horrible experience. The Dr doesn’t inform you that he wants to see you again and hold your meds hostage. Then when I requested to have med forms so I can find a new dr it took me over a week. Still don’t have my meds.

I went to Dr. Zeiger for a test, but he didn't offer much insight into how to interpret the results. I felt like he was very dismissive of my questions, and I left his office not feeling very confident about his so-called expertise. Moreover, there was no follow-up after the test was completed except for a huge bill from his office. I had wondered why he had so much availability at his office, but after meeting him, I understand now why patients don't want to see him.
